Brian Chen is a senior analyst with experience in a variety of economic consulting projects. The following are examples of Mr. Chen’s consulting projects:

•  Lost profits and royalty analysis for infringement of medical device patents;
• Commercial success analysis of pharmaceutical products;
• ·Unjust enrichment, lost profits, and royalty analysis for infringement of military helmet designs;
• Valuation of medical device company related to acquisition of intellectual property;
• Damages analysis related to trade secrets claim in the financial technology industry;
•  Irreparable harm analysis for preliminary injunction on a pharmaceutical product;

Prior to joining Insight Economics, Mr. Chen worked in real estate and education, and graduated from the University of Southern California with a B.S. in Business Administration.
