Insight Economics is seeking experienced, high-ability consultants who can lead projects, work with clients, and help contribute to a successful growing company. Directors will work closely with core team members to lead consulting projects at the firm. Directors are responsible for the internal work product performed by the Insight team and assume responsibility for the quality and correctness of the work executed. Successful Directors help Experts “solve” the big-picture challenges in our consulting work, take pride in their work, are proactive and independent thinkers, and have an overall good-natured personality.

  • Work with experts to solve client problems before moving forward with execution.
  • Interact consistently with clients regarding project items.
  • Demonstrate ability to solve client issues and structure frameworks for client deliverables.
  • Demonstrate mastery of research, analysis, and report drafting.
  • Design written processes and instructional documents for work product execution.
  • Lead and coordinate a team of Associates and Analysts:
    • Organize and lead team meetings for project-specific coordination.
    • Review and validate the work performed by analysts and associates prior to Experts and client submission.
    • Coordinate a team that is capable of meeting client needs on time.
    • Teach Analysts and Associates to become strong consultants.
    • Provide mentorship for employees desiring the Director career path.
  • Responsible for internal work product performed by Insight team members prior to Expert sign-off.
  • May begin to take on Expert testifying opportunities (if desired).
  • > 5 years of proven experience in litigation economic consulting.
  • Experience with project management, client interaction, and leading teams.
  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Accounting, Political Science, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capable of working with top-tier law firm clients.
