Monetization Strategies: We assist clients to thoroughly evaluate realistic opportunities to generate future cash flows. This includes assessing and developing effective licensing programs and/or identifying target markets and players that may be interested in acquiring the subject assets.
Defensive Strategies: We help clients understand relevant and changing industry landscapes including assessing and mitigating potential competitive threats arising from new market entrants and disruptive technologies. This includes evaluating intellectual property and patented technologies owned – or considered to be acquired – by the client to understand the relative business, litigation, and licensing risks it may encounter.
Due Diligence: We perform in-depth economic, financial, market, and licensing due diligence pertaining to the client’s either contemplated or ongoing monetization and/or defensive strategies.
