Victoria Bystritsky earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance with minors in Management Information Systems and Interdisciplinary Studies from San Diego State University, where she graduated summa cum laude.

The following are some examples of Ms. Bystritsky’s consulting projects:

  • Reasonable royalty and patent infringement analysis related to cloud storage;
  • False advertising and unfair business competition analysis related to pharmaceutical marketing;
  • Irreparable harm, balance of hardships, public interest, and bond analysis for pharmaceutical products;
  • Lost profits analysis related to automobile telematics;
  • Copyright infringement analysis related to a Netflix-developed television series;
  • Breach of contract analysis in the pharmaceutical industry.

Ms. Bystritsky assisted in compiling research for the article, “Thinking Economically About Nexus in Commercial Success,” published in Landslide magazine, a publication of the ABA Section of Intellectual Property Law (ABA-

IPL).

Prior to Insight Economics, Ms. Bystritsky worked as a student assistant for the San Diego State Financial Center where she analyzed student debts and financial aid disbursements. Ms. Bystritsky was also a member of the Alpha Kappa Psi Professional Business Fraternity, serving as the Vice President of Finance.

In her free time, she enjoys gardening, crocheting, and surfing.
