Jack Rosetti works primarily on antitrust and intellectual property matters across a range of industries. His consulting experience includes analyses of unfair pricing competition and false advertising in the pharmaceutical industry; lost profits and reasonable royalty assessments in the medical device sector; and the determination of fair, reasonable, and non-discriminatory (FRAND) royalty rates for video-codec standard-essential patents.
Before rejoining Insight, Jack was a Predoctoral Fellow at Columbia University, where he conducted large-scale empirical research integrating structural estimation, machine learning, and causal inference methods. He holds B.A.s in Economics and Philosophy, magna cum laude, with a minor in Mathematics, from the University of California, San Diego, where he received Highest Honors from the Economics Department.
