I’ve been amazed by the effort this firm puts into mentorship and teambuilding. “Culture” can be an overused word in business, but it truly means something here. We at Insight lift each other up rather than pushing each other down. The more senior team members have always been willing to lend a hand and help the rest of us develop, and I am especially grateful to them for that.

In my two years at this firm, I have been impressed time and time again by the level of thought and care everyone here puts into their work, no matter who it was and no matter what the project was. In the next chapter of my career, I can only hope to work with such an incredible team again. Thank you all for the chance to learn, grow, and truly understand what it means to strive for excellence. As my first job out of college in 2019, Insight has given me nothing but opportunities to develop into the professional that I am today. I’m grateful to have worked alongside all of you and learned from the best – I owe a lot of who I am today to you.
