Evaluated both procompetitive justifications and anticompetitive effects of the alleged conduct on market participants.
- Analyzed antitrust allegations involving monopolization and tying related to mobile app distribution, examining issues including market definition, market power, and alleged tying behavior. Evaluated both procompetitive justifications and anticompetitive effects on market participants broadly and plaintiffs specifically.
- Analyzed profits and reasonable royalties attributable to the article of manufacture in matters involving allegedly infringing footwear design patents and trade dress claims.
- In a dispute involving alleged trade secret misappropriation and breach of contract between a pharmaceutical company and a former employee, analyzed products at issue—including stage of development, pricing, indication, and design characteristics—to assess the economic value of asserted trade secrets and determine the economic positions the parties would likely have occupied had the agreement been fully performed.
- Assessed economic harm resulting from alleged patent infringement by evaluating marketplace dynamics, licensing practices, competitive relationships, sales performance, profitability, and the economic contributions of patented technology to quantify lost profits and reasonable royalties across matters involving agricultural equipment, telecommunications technologies, sports technologies, and other industries.
